where it all began
12 years ago I Zandra sold my car to buy my first camera, knowing that all I wanted to do was to capture peoples lives. I loved the idea of pictures taken by me being on the walls of so many different homes and the treasures that those captures would bring to anyone looking at that wall.
So I made it happen and pretty soon had a successful ever growing company, which blossomed in what is now known as Conway Photo and Film. Through that company I have been privileged to capture over a 1000 weddings, with the company winning numerous awards both internationally and nationally. What started as one man team grew into a team of ten of highly skilled creatives, and when I look back I` look back with so much pride and so much Love.
After covid and that long break however I realised that I wanted to go in a different direction offering a more distinct style and personal experience, only taking on two weddings a month, giving me time to give every single one of my brides the personal time and energy they deserve as someone capturing such an important day.
Tayla and ``I met when we bought Tayla on in 2017 to come and shoot video for the Conway Team. I knew from the day that I met Tayla that she was to only incredibly talented and passionate about skill, but that this would be a person that I would want to be friends with for the rest of my life. Tayla's talent for storytelling has never stopped to amaze me, and she very quickly became a full time editor for Conway Photo & Film.
When I decided therefore to go on my own, I knew that `I wouldn't want anyone else by my side but Tayla and so THE KEEPERS MEDIA was born!
